Thank you for choosing Lidhero. Once your order is placed, we process it within 1 to 3 business days. This gives us time to check your order, pack your Lidhero carefully and prepare it for the courier. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your purchase is complete. If any detail looks incorrect, please contact us quickly at support@lidhero.com so we can update it before your parcel leaves us.
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times from the day your parcel ships are as follows:
These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Please remember to add the 1 to 3 business day processing time to the delivery estimate above when working out when your Lidhero should arrive. Delivery can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods or because of factors outside our control, such as courier delays or customs checks.
Your shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown clearly at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address. This means you can see the exact amount and confirm it before completing your order, with no surprises after purchase.
Whether you order a single hand or a twin pack, the shipping price displayed at checkout is the amount you will be charged for delivery.
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking link by email so you can follow your Lidhero on its journey to you. Please keep an eye on your inbox, and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it, as tracking messages can sometimes land there.
If your tracking details have not arrived within a few days of your order being processed, or if the tracking does not seem to be updating, please get in touch at support@lidhero.com and we will be happy to help.
We are glad to ship Lidhero products to customers across Europe and the rest of the world, with the estimated delivery times shown in section 2. International parcels may need to pass through customs, which can add time to delivery in some cases.
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the price of your order or in the shipping cost shown at checkout. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Most orders arrive comfortably within the estimated times above, but occasionally a parcel is delayed in transit. If your order is running noticeably later than expected, please contact us at support@lidhero.com with your order number and we will look into it with the courier on your behalf.
If a parcel appears to be lost, we will work with you to put things right. Please note that under our returns policy, faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. Our returns window gives you 30 days from the delivery date to return unused items in their original packaging, and UK customers also have a 14 day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
