1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to Lidhero. This website is operated by JWEBDESIGN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom, trading as Lidhero. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to JWEBDESIGN LTD, and "you" refers to the person visiting the site or placing an order.

By browsing our store, currently at agent-grip.myshopify.com, and by placing an order, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, we kindly ask that you do not use the site or purchase from us. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version in place when you place your order is the one that applies to that purchase.

2. Use of the site

You are welcome to use our site to learn about Lidhero products and to place orders for your own use. When using the site, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, delivery address and contact details, so that we can process and ship your order correctly.

Please do not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that could damage or disrupt it, or that interferes with other people's use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or to the systems and networks that support it. We aim to keep the store available and running smoothly, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of interruptions or errors.

The Lidhero is a small weighted hand-shaped grip that clips onto a laptop and holds the lid partly open, so the computer does not drop to sleep when you step away. This helps keep downloads, renders, backups and overnight AI agents running. It is designed as a helpful accessory for everyday use, and you agree to use it sensibly and as intended.

3. Orders and pricing

Our Lidhero grips are sold as a single hand and as a twin pack, in several character designs including sumo, giraffe, skeleton and dragon. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy, and a contract is formed once we confirm and process your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if there has been a clear pricing error, in which case we will let you know and arrange a full refund of anything already paid.

Prices are shown on the product pages, and shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Payments are handled securely by the Shopify checkout and its payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

We aim to process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times, once your order has shipped, are as follows.

• United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days.
• Europe: 7 to 14 business days.
• Rest of the world: 10 to 21 business days.

Tracking details are sent to you by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the courier and your location.

You have a 30 day return window from the delivery date for unused items in their original packaging. If you are a UK customer, you also have a 14 day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it in full, including return postage. For a change of mind, you cover the cost of return postage. Once we receive and check the returned item, approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. 4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Lidhero name, logo, product designs, character designs, text, images and graphics, belongs to JWEBDESIGN LTD or is used with permission. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Lidhero is an independent laptop accessory brand. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. Mac and MacBook are trademarks of Apple Inc. Any other trademarks mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of liability

We take care to describe our products accurately and to provide a reliable service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the products, or for any loss of data. The Lidhero is designed to hold a laptop lid partly open so the device stays awake, but you remain responsible for looking after your own equipment, files and running tasks.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights regarding faulty goods and your cancellation and return rights described above, are not affected by anything in these terms.

6. Governing law

These terms of service, and any contract formed between you and us, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may still benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under your local law.

We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. Personal and delivery information is shared only with our payment processors and shipping couriers so that we can fulfil your order. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time, and you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and help us understand how the site is used.
